LED FastStart is a free service provided to qualifying companies operating in Louisiana.

What does LED FastStart provide?

FastStart offers in-depth employee recruitment and screening with hands-on assessments, as well as customized training for the complete operation.

The training is both comprehensive and highly customized, covering specific processes and procedures as well as organizational management, and is supported with customized video and graphic material.

Does my company qualify?

To qualify, a company must first commit to creating a net of at least 15 new, permanent manufacturing jobs, or a net of at least 50 new, permanent service-related jobs. Each request is evaluated prior to project commencement to ensure all eligibility requirements are met.

What kind of industries do you work with?
